My name is Sónia Lopes, and I’m a real estate consultant.
I’m 46 years old, originally from Estarreja, and I’ve been living in Aveiro since I was 12. It’s where I grew up, completed my studies, and began my professional journey at 19 — always within the commercial field, where I learned the value of listening, empathy, and true client dedication.
I’m married to a wonderful man who supports me in every step of life, and I live with my stepdaughter, whom I affectionately call my bonus daughter. I’ve watched her grow and become the kind, generous person she is today — something that brings me immense pride.
I’m passionate about family and simple joys: watching a good series at home, dining outdoors, walking by the sea, or having meaningful conversations. We share our home with two cats, Luma and Sushi, and a few fish I’ve long stopped naming.
I’m cheerful, enjoy dancing and laughing, and I appreciate art, museums, and fashion (though shopping isn’t really my thing). I find beauty in small details — like the smell of wet grass or the warm tones of autumn. I prefer simplicity over extravagance, I enjoy red wine, and interestingly, I don’t like coffee.
I genuinely enjoy connecting with people — and that’s what drives me.
I believe in building lasting, trusting relationships. Over the years, I’ve helped buyers and sellers reach their goals with professionalism, honesty, and a human approach.
